elj\u00e1r\u00e1sokat (\u00edgy az NMHH keret\u00e9ben m\u0171k\u00f6d\u0151 Filmiroda elj\u00e1r\u00e1sait),<\/li>\n<li>a Sportt\u00f6rv\u00e9ny \u00e9s kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3 rendeletek szerinti elj\u00e1r\u00e1sokat (\u00edgy az orsz\u00e1gos sport\u00e1gi szaksz\u00f6vets\u00e9gek elj\u00e1r\u00e1sait, valamint az \u00e1llami szervek \u00e9s helyi \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzatok sporttal k\u00f6vetkez\u0151k:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>k\u00e9relemre indul\u00f3, ellen\u00e9rdek\u0171 f\u00e9l n\u00e9lk\u00fcli, egyszer\u0171 elj\u00e1r\u00e1sokban az \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos \u00fcgyint\u00e9z\u00e9si hat\u00e1rid\u0151 nem v\u00e1ltozik);<\/li>\n<li>bevezet\u00e9sre ker\u00fcl a hat\u00f3s\u00e1gok <strong><em>\u201ef\u00fcgg\u0151 hat\u00e1ly\u00fa d\u00f6nt\u00e9se\u201d<\/em><\/strong> int\u00e9zm\u00e9ny \u2013 eszerint a hat\u00f3s\u00e1g a k\u00e9relmezett jog gyakorl\u00e1s\u00e1t egy 8 napon bel\u00fcl hozott d\u00f6nt\u00e9ssel enged\u00e9lyezi, eg\u00e9szen addig, am\u00edg ellenkez\u0151 d\u00f6nt\u00e9s nem sz\u00fcletik, vagy 2 h\u00f3nap eltelik d\u00f6nt\u00e9s n\u00e9lk\u00fcl (a Filmt\u00f6rv\u00e9ny szerinti elj\u00e1r\u00e1sokn\u00e1l a f\u00fcgg\u0151 hat\u00e1ly\u00fa d\u00f6nt\u00e9s alkalmaz\u00e1sakor tov\u00e1bbi k\u00f6nny\u00edt\u00e9s, hogy m\u00e9g a k\u00e9relmezett jog gyakorl\u00e1s\u00e1nak
