Az Eur\u00f3pai Bizotts\u00e1g vizsg\u00e1latot kezdem\u00e9nyezett<\/a> Magyarorsz\u00e1ggal szemben a 2014-ben bevezetett rekl\u00e1mad\u00f3 t\u00f6rv\u00e9nnyel kapcsolatban, mivel alapos gyan\u00fa mer\u00fclt fel, hogy a t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny megs\u00e9rti az Eur\u00f3pai Uni\u00f3 \u00e1llami t\u00e1mogat\u00e1ssal kapcsolatos szab\u00e1lyait, azaz esetleg tiltott \u00e1llami t\u00e1mogat\u00e1snak min\u0151s\u00fcl. Az Eur\u00f3pai Bizotts\u00e1g szerint ugyanis elk\u00e9pzelhet\u0151, hogy a 0-t\u00f3l 50%-ig terjed\u0151 progressz\u00edv ad\u00f3kulcs szelekt\u00edv, tisztess\u00e9gtelen versenyel\u0151nyt teremt.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A vizsg\u00e1lattal p\u00e1rhuzamosan \u2013 annak befejez\u00e9s\u00e9ig \u2013 az Eur\u00f3pai Bizotts\u00e1g egy m\u00e1sik d\u00f6nt\u00e9s\u00e9ben felf\u00fcggesztette a rekl\u00e1mad\u00f3 ad\u00f3kulcsainak alkalmaz\u00e1s\u00e1t.<\/p>\n

Az Eur\u00f3pai Bizotts\u00e1g d\u00f6nt\u00e9s\u00e9nek gyakorlati vonatkoz\u00e1s\u00e1val kapcsolatban \u00e9rdekes m\u00f3don semmilyen hat\u00f3s\u00e1gi kommunik\u00e1ci\u00f3 nem jelent meg id\u00e1ig.\u00a0 A Korm\u00e1nyzati Inform\u00e1ci\u00f3s K\u00f6zpont m\u00e1rcius 12-i k\u00f6zlem\u00e9nye szerint a Korm\u00e1ny a rekl\u00e1mad\u00f3 m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1t fogja kezdem\u00e9nyezni, de ilyen ir\u00e1ny\u00fa t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyjavaslat m\u00e9g nincs a Parlament el\u0151tt. Mivel az Eur\u00f3pai Bizotts\u00e1g nem a rekl\u00e1mad\u00f3t mag\u00e1t, hanem a progressz\u00edv kulcsok rendszer\u00e9t k\u00e9rd\u0151jelezte meg, nem v\u00e1rhat\u00f3, hogy ez az ad\u00f3nem kiker\u00fclj\u00f6n a magyar ad\u00f3rendszerb\u0151l.<\/p>\n
