Az al\u00e1bbiakban a bejelentett tervezet legfontosabb t\u00e9teleit foglaltuk \u00f6ssze.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Megjegyezz\u00fck, hogy a korm\u00e1nyf\u0151 a bejelent\u00e9s sor\u00e1n v\u00e9gig a munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3i j\u00e1rul\u00e9kok kifejez\u00e9st haszn\u00e1lta (\u00e9s mi is ezt id\u00e9zz\u00fck), de val\u00f3j\u00e1ban a szoci\u00e1lis hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1si ad\u00f3r\u00f3l \u00e9s a szakk\u00e9pz\u00e9si hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1sr\u00f3l van sz\u00f3, ugyanis 2012-t\u0151l a munkaad\u00f3 \u00e1ltal fizetett t\u00e1rsadalombiztos\u00edt\u00e1si j\u00e1rul\u00e9kokat felv\u00e1ltotta a 27%-os szoci\u00e1lis hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1si ad\u00f3 (\u201eszocho\u201d). A tervezett ad\u00f3 \u00e9s j\u00e1rul\u00e9kcs\u00f6kken\u00e9s 100 ezer forintos brutt\u00f3 b\u00e9rig t\u00f6rt\u00e9nne.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A <strong>25 \u00e9v alatti <\/strong>munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3k eset\u00e9ben a Korm\u00e1ny fel\u00e9re cs\u00f6kkenti a munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3i j\u00e1rul\u00e9kot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Az <strong>55 \u00e9v feletti<\/strong> munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3k eset\u00e9n szint\u00e9n 50 %-os j\u00e1rul\u00e9kcs\u00f6kken\u00e9ssel kell sz\u00e1molni.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A <strong>szakk\u00e9pes\u00edt\u00e9ssel nem rendelkez\u0151<\/strong>, a FEOR 9-es csoportj\u00e1ba tartoz\u00f3 munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3k ut\u00e1n fizetend\u0151 munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3i j\u00e1rul\u00e9k a 25 \u00e9s 54 \u00e9ves k\u00f6z\u00f6tti munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3kn\u00e1l szint\u00e9n fel\u00e9re cs\u00f6kken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A <strong>tart\u00f3san munkan\u00e9lk\u00fcliek<\/strong> ut\u00e1n felmer\u00fcl\u0151 munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3i terheket az els\u0151 k\u00e9t \u00e9vben 100 %-osan, a harmadik \u00e9vt\u0151l pedig a jelenlegi j\u00e1rul\u00e9k fel\u00e9re tervezi cs\u00f6kkenteni a korm\u00e1ny.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A <strong>GYES-r\u0151l \u00e9s GYED-r\u0151l visszat\u00e9r\u0151<\/strong>, kisgyermekes \u00e9desany\u00e1k ut\u00e1n az els\u0151 k\u00e9t \u00e9vben nem kell munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3i j\u00e1rul\u00e9kot fizetni, a harmadik \u00e9vt\u0151l pedig a jelenlegi m\u00e9rt\u00e9k 50 %-\u00e1t kell megfizetni.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A kisad\u00f3z\u00f3k adminisztr\u00e1ci\u00f3j\u00e1nak cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben bevezet\u00e9sre ker\u00fcl a <strong>6 milli\u00f3 forint \u00e1rbev\u00e9telt meg nem halad\u00f3 kisebb v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1sok<\/strong> eset\u00e9n a t\u00e9teles ad\u00f3z\u00e1s. A f\u0151\u00e1ll\u00e1s\u00fa v\u00e1llalkoz\u00f3k 50 ezer forintot, a mell\u00e9k\u00e1ll\u00e1s\u00fa v\u00e1llalkoz\u00f3k 25 ezer forintot fizetn\u00e9nek a tervek szerint. Az \u00faj ad\u00f3 kiv\u00e1ltan\u00e1 t\u00e1rsas\u00e1gi ad\u00f3t, szem\u00e9lyi j\u00f6vedelemad\u00f3t \u00e9s a szoci\u00e1lis hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1si ad\u00f3t. A t\u00e9teles ad\u00f3t a 6 milli\u00f3 forint \u00e1rbev\u00e9tel alatti egy\u00e9ni v\u00e1llalkoz\u00f3k, bet\u00e9ti t\u00e1rsas\u00e1gok \u00e9s k\u00f6zkereseti t\u00e1rsas\u00e1gok v\u00e1laszthatj\u00e1k, melyeknek besz\u00e1mol\u00f3t sem kellene majd beny\u00fajtaniuk, hanem elegend\u0151 lenne bev\u00e9teli \u00e9s kiad\u00e1si sz\u00e1ml\u00e1ikat nyilv\u00e1ntartani.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A kisv\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1sok szerep\u00e9nek tov\u00e1bbi n\u00f6vel\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben bevezet\u00e9sre ker\u00fclne az \u00fan. <strong>kisv\u00e1llalkoz\u00f3i ad\u00f3 <\/strong>is, amely t\u00e1rsas\u00e1gi ad\u00f3t, szem\u00e9lyi j\u00f6vedelemad\u00f3t (egy\u00e9ni v\u00e1llalkoz\u00f3 10%-os ad\u00f3terhe \u00e9s az osztal\u00e9k ut\u00e1n fizetend\u0151 16 %-os ad\u00f3), a szakk\u00e9pz\u00e9si hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1st \u00e9s az osztal\u00e9k ut\u00e1n fizetend\u0151 eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1st v\u00e1ltja ki. Az ad\u00f3 alapja a nyeres\u00e9g \u00e9s a v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1sok \u00e1ltal foglalkoztatott szem\u00e9lyek b\u00e9rk\u00f6lts\u00e9g\u00e9nek \u00f6sszege lenne. Az ad\u00f3kulcs tervezett \u00e9rt\u00e9ke 16 %.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Bevezet\u00e9sre ker\u00fclhet a <strong>p\u00e9nzforgalmi szeml\u00e9let\u0171 \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos forgalmi ad\u00f3z\u00e1s<\/strong>, amelynek \u00e9rtelm\u00e9ben az 500 ezer eur\u00f3 alatti \u00e1rbev\u00e9tellel rendelkez\u0151 v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1sok, csak abban az esetben k\u00f6telesek befizetni az \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos forgalmi ad\u00f3t, ha azt nekik m\u00e1r kifizett\u00e9k.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A deviza\u00e1rfolyamok v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sa miatt neh\u00e9z helyzetbe ker\u00fclt v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1sokon a korm\u00e1ny a <strong>sz\u00e1mviteli szab\u00e1lyok k\u00f6nny\u00edt\u00e9se<\/strong> \u00fatj\u00e1n k\u00edv\u00e1n seg\u00edteni.
