A munkaviszony megsz\u00fcntet\u00e9s\u00e9nek szab\u00e1lyoz\u00e1sa a munkajog egyik kritikus ter\u00fclete. B\u00e1r az EU t\u00f6bb ir\u00e1nyelvet is kiadott az erre vonatkoz\u00f3 szab\u00e1lyok eur\u00f3pai egys\u00e9ges\u00edt\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben (pl. a 98\/59\/EK ir\u00e1nyelv a csoportos l\u00e9tsz\u00e1mcs\u00f6kkent\u00e9sre vonatkoz\u00f3 tag\u00e1llami jogszab\u00e1lyok k\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l \u00e9s a 2019\/1152 ir\u00e1nyelv az EU-ban alkalmazand\u00f3 \u00e1tl\u00e1that\u00f3 \u00e9s kisz\u00e1m\u00edthat\u00f3 munkafelt\u00e9telekr\u0151l<\/em>), m\u00e9g jelenleg is sz\u00e1mos elt\u00e9r\u00e9s van az egyes tag\u00e1llamok ez ir\u00e1ny\u00fa rendelkez\u00e9sei k\u00f6z\u00f6tt. Ennek k\u00f6vetkezt\u00e9ben a t\u00f6bb orsz\u00e1gban is jelenl\u00e9v\u0151 munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3knak elt\u00e9r\u0151 jogi keretek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt kell szemben\u00e9zni\u00fck a kollekt\u00edv vagy az egy\u00e9ni l\u00e9tsz\u00e1mle\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9sekkel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
