Réka began her professional career in the financial sector and joined Andersen in 2020.

Building on her accounting experience, she is a member of Andersen’s transaction tax team and participates in tax due diligence exercises, international and local group restructuring projects, as well as tax planning for HNWIs. In addition, she deals with matters related to state aid and tax incentives, including the analysis of applicable state aid regulations, the applicability of tax benefits, and the coordination of the preparation of business plans and application documentations for projects financed from direct and indirect EU funds.

Réka has gained experience in both domestic and international acquisitions and reorganizations, actively participating in transactions from the pre-acquisition phase through the post-acquisition stage. She supports her clients in designing the transaction structure, analysing financing options, and implementing the structures through the development of various tax models and scenarios. As part of due diligence projects, she has acquired valuable insights into the specific characteristics of various industries.
