Tamas Matarits has joined Budapest’s Szabo Kelemen & Partners Andersen Attorneys (“Andersen”) as Of Counsel.
Before joining Andersen, Tamas gained significant knowledge and considerable practice in a wide range of legal activities at international law offices in Budapest. His areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, real estate investments and developments, greenfield investments, dispute resolution, claim enforcement, reorganisation, bankruptcy and liquidation law and general corporate and commercial counselling.
Apart from English as the main business language, Matarits is fluent in Spanish, Italian, French, German, Croatian and Serbian, so he will surely increase Andersen Legal Budapest office’s offerings in serving clients coming from or going to these jurisdictions for pursuing their business objectives. Tamas’ main focuses are therefore on Hungarian outbound investments aiming the Balkan countries and inbound investments to Hungary from Spain and Italy.
With Tamas, Agnes Kaltenecker, an experienced attorney, also joined Andersen as a legal advisor.
