Zoltán started his career at the National Tax Authority in 2011 where he carried out intra-community VAT audits initiated by the member states of the European Union.

Zoltán joined Andersen in 2013. In recent years he has gained in-depth knowledge and broad experience in group restructuring projects, supporting transactions from tax perspective, setting up employee share programs and tax effective holding structures as well as implementing trust & asset management foundation structures. In addition, he is an expert in tax dispute resolution where he can ensure the effective law enforcement for clients.

Zoltán has extensive experience in tax and business optimization of ownership structures, as well as in tax efficient planning of public offerings.
