Zoltán leads the transaction tax service line at Andersen.

Zoltán joined Andersen in 2013. In recent years he has gained in-depth knowledge and broad experience in group restructuring projects, supporting transactions from tax perspective, setting up employee share programs and tax effective holding structures as well as implementing trust & asset management foundation structures.

Zoltán has extensive experience in tax and business optimization of ownership structures, as well as in tax efficient planning of public offerings.

In addition, he is an expert in tax dispute resolution where he can ensure the effective law enforcement for clients.
