Zsófia has more than 20 years of professional experience in the design, regulation and implementation of EU co-funded State aid programmes and SME financing schemes. Throughout her career, she has worked in advisory, financial institution, non-profit and government audit roles, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the entire lifecycle of complex aid and financing schemes, from design and implementation to monitoring and control.

She joined Andersen in 2026, where she leads the Tax Incentives and State Aid service line. She supports both public and private sector clients in identifying available tax incentives and State aid opportunities, as well as in accessing domestic and direct EU funding.

She has extensive experience in direct professional cooperation with the European Commission and other EU institutions.
